The One in a Million White Rose, a distinctive Provence style Blanc de Noir, was crafted exclusively from Estate grown Rutherford, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
Delightfully aromatic, this exceptional white wine opens with expressive notes of honeysuckle, stone fruits, and a hint of lemon peel. The palate unfolds with layered richness, offering a beautifully balanced combination of texture and flavor. A crisp acidity lends freshness, while a clean finish adds refinement.
Meticulous juice extraction during pressing ensured precise control over color, resulting in this elegant White. Aging in French cement fermenters further enhanced its bright profile, adding depth and a touch of minerality. Winemaker Julien Fayard. Vintage 2024.
